Cancellation Policy

Please note that I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
    •    Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
    •    No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
    •    A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

 

We completely understand that life happens, please get in touch as early as possible if you need to reschedule. This policy is in place to protect our time and to ensure fairness to all clients.
